Is marketing reaching a position where a brand is aiming to make a customer happy? Right price right product. If you change your price, your product, how will it affect their decision? its interesting to see the mind set of the consumer and actually understand their actual thought process towards a brand. Tomorrow if chanel goes on sale, some aspirational consumers might love it but the people you have nurtured for so long might hate it.
